Our Freudenberg Chemical Specialities (FCS) Smart Shared Service Center for Finance and HR has been located in Matosinhos in the metropolitan region of Porto, Portugal’s second-largest city, since the end of 2020.
Our colleagues at the Shared Service Center offer central Finance and HR services for all FCS divisions and act as an interface between FCS, the Business Units and local CEOs, as well as HR and Finance departments.
From recruiting and HR reporting to the full range of accounting services including local tax support – all the services are performed by experts in teams on site.
The Smart SSC provide support to the companies of the FCS Group – Klüber Lubrication, OKS, Capol, SurTec and Chem-Trend – for standardizing, digitalizing and accelerating their processes.
