Recruitment process

Our recruitment process is fast, but without compromising the positive experience we want to provide you. After submitting your application through our platform, we analyze the profile in relation to the role for which we are recruiting. The process is divided into three phases: 1) initial interview, only with the recruitment team, 2) interview with managers and 3) final interview (if applicable), which may be a technical assessment or resolution of a business case.
