In part, this means recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance through programs like Aptiv Innovation Awards (EIA).
The AIA began in 1995 and has grown each year since then to encompass more Aptiv businesses. Awards include the One Aptiv Award, the Innovator of the Year Award, the Team Innovation Award and the Rising Star Award. Receiving an award is a coveted honor for our employees.
In 2023, award submissions came from all business units and regions in which we operate. 2023 was also a record year for event reach and engagement, with almost three times the number of entries for the Team Innovation Award category. Our technical center in Krakow, Poland, hosted the event and broadcast it live around the world. The response to the AIA event was extremely positive, showing that A little recognition goes a long way toward making Aptiv an irresistible place to work for top talent..

Aptiv's employee-led women's networks provide support, inspiration e empowerment through a inclusive forum focused on personal and professional development in all major technical centers around the world.
In 2023, we added eight locations to our women's networks, helping to further our goal of create equal career opportunities for all genders and making Aptiv a premier destination for female talent.
Traffic control program for greater safety
Our innovator “safety look-across” program promotes a safety culture, meticulously analyzing security incidents, identifying root causes and implementing robust solutions across all global facilities. Our dedicated team performs a comprehensive review process to ensure all cases and proposed measures are communicated to all facilities worldwide.
Our passion for results makes us a leader in workplace safety, as reflected in our low rate of lost workdays in 2023 of 0,097 per 100 employees.
