It is also true that there are values with which the best corporate culture cannot keep up, but as a rule… culture is increasingly valued and when we talk about talents, the weight they attribute to it is exponentially greater.
But it all starts at the beginning:
Hiring is an act in which the emotional involvement, with and of the candidate, is small… recruiters just want technical skills to be assured and if, by chance, they have a better attractive personality. And do we want to create roots and a business culture that retains people? I wouldn't say it's impossible, but clearly it will be more work and take much longer.
