A Axians Portugal is a French group company VINCI Energies dedicated to projects of digital transformation and energy transition. By helping our clients solve their technological challenges, we are contributing to a society that is increasingly prepared for the digital future, with services that support each citizen in their daily lives, whether in the area of health, in the management of community funds, in relations with tax and customs authorities, in public transport and in many other areas.
How do we prepare for these challenges?
To prepare professionals who will work in these contexts, the Axians designed a training program dedicated to recent graduates to join the organization.
These elements of Axians integrate an immersive training experience that promotes the development of a skill set for the first contact with the labor market and para disruptive work perspective Axians.
In practice, the training program offers a 10-day learning opportunity where participants are challenged to enhance their creativity, promote a born-digital mindset , and co-create a more sustainable future . It is a shared experience where professionals from different backgrounds or career paths (in terms of project or sector) come together to solve a complex business challenge, replicating the experience of an IT consulting project.
The formative experience of Axians it's two weeks where we are away from our projects and interact only with colleagues with little or no work experience. Between lectures on the different business areas, technologies used by the company and the development of the “Business Mindset” there is also a great focus on personal development.
A behavioral assessment carried out at the beginning of the two weeks provided a better understanding of the way my colleagues work, as well as my own way of approaching problems. This gave rise to extremely productive reflections that would otherwise not happen on a daily basis.
A Academy of Axians It was a challenge that exceeded my expectations in all aspects. It was a challenge that allowed me to develop a critical spirit in relation to my way of working
and the interactions I have daily, I highly recommend it.
