Recruitment process
CES Portugal has a clear objective of expansion and growth through different teams, from Automated Driving to Cybersecurity and Instrument Clusters, Vehicle Electrification, Chassis and Braking Systems and Industry 4.0. After applying through LinkedIn, the selected candidate will go through a process of getting to know the company with HR in a first contact, followed by an assessment and a technical interview with the Team Leader.
