Recruitment process

  • • A general video interview with an internal recruiter;
  • • Technical interview with the technical team (may vary from one or two interviews depending on the areas and if there is homework);
  • • Homework or technical testing;
  • • Last cultural fit interview with HR and management teams;
  • • Final proposal (considering final approval).
