COBA is a multinational group of Engineering and Environmental Consultants, founded in 1962. With offices on three continents and experience in around sixty countries, the Group incorporates a large number of skills in various technical areas that allow the formation of multidisciplinary teams in all phases of planning, design and supervision of works in the water, energy and transport sectors.
