Our story began over 45 years ago in Portugal. Today we are a global energy company and a leader in energy transition.

We know that to win the race against climate change, the world needs structural transformation. Therefore, we want to build a new energy, promoting renewable sources.

Our energy is that which strives to create a better future, inspired by more than 13 thousand people from 4 regions of the world (North America, South America, Europe, Asia-Pacific). It is the energy that knows no boundaries, that never sleeps and that connects us to you.

And we want to drive this transformation, using the power of wind, sun and water on a global scale to accelerate decarbonization, without leaving anyone behind.

What is the recruitment process like at #company_title?

The recruitment process is personalized, taking into account the type of position the candidate is applying for. It includes an application, online tests and a final interview, and can be carried out entirely online or in a mixed format.

In the Trainee Program, the recruitment process is similar and completely online, with the addition of an assessment center.
