What is the recruitment process like at #company_title?

The recruitment process is personalized, taking into account the type of position the candidate is applying for. It includes an application, online tests and a final interview, and can be carried out entirely online or in a mixed format.

In the Trainee Program, the recruitment process is similar and completely online, with the addition of an assessment center.
