For Young Talent, we offer curricular interships, summer interships, the NEXT program and the NOS Alpha. The NOS Alfa is our trainee program for master's degree graduates, it lasts 12 months, it takes place in Lisbon or in Porto and is segmented into three aspects:

  • o NOS alpha tech
  • o NOS alpha date
  • o NOS alpha biz

The program includes a strand of mentoring and the opportunity to participate in various formations available on the internal platform NOS Campus, deepening skills and expanding knowledge.

What is the recruitment process like at #company_title?

The candidacies to NOS Alfa are held annually on the website of NOS, starting in November (www.nos.pt). The selection process includes an online assessment and interviews with business and human resources departments. If you haven't finished your course yet, you can apply for our curricular or summer interships, which may open future doors for you in NOS Alpha.

We are looking for young people aligned with the brand's culture of excellence and innovation, who want to make a difference in a market as competitive and dynamic as telecommunications. Aimed at recent graduates with a maximum of one year of professional experience, this program has vacancies in various areas, with priority given to Management, Economics and Engineering.

What does #company_title offer candidates?

O NOS Alfa is a talent acquisition program where, over 12 months, you will have numerous development opportunities, through rotation between two areas, challenging projects, training and mentoring.
