The NOS Alfa is our trainee program for master's degree graduates, it lasts 12 months, it takes place in Lisbon or in Porto and is segmented into three aspects:

o NOS alpha biz

The program includes a strand of mentoring and the opportunity to participate in various formations available on the internal platform NOS Campus, deepening skills and expanding knowledge.
