What is the work environment and internal culture like at #company_title?

I've been part of #teamlidl since 2018! I started as a Trainee and had the opportunity to work in our Stores, Warehouses and Headquarters. Lidl in Portugal and Germany. For 3 and a half years I was part of the Sales Department as a Consultant and recently moved to IT as a Business Partner for our Business Areas. In Lidl Every day I am challenged to do better, in a dynamic and constantly learning environment!
