About Us

Fladgate Partnership is the company holding of the Group that manages a portfolio
diversified business in the areas of production and marketing of Wines, Distribution, Tourism and Hospitality. 

The Group's original company is Taylor's Port, which was founded in 1692 and in 2001 acquired the Croft Port. In addition to these two renowned brands, there is also Fonseca Port, making Fladgate Partnership a leader in the production of special category Port wine, which is sold in more than 105 countries.

The Group also has distribution companies that supply its products and those of third parties to hotels, restaurants, retailers and consumers.

In the tourism segment, it holds the The Yeatman Hotel, opened in 2010 in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia, and the Vintage House Hotel, located in Pinhão.

In July 2020, the world of wine, the Cultural Quarter located in the historic heart of Vila Nova de Gaia, consisting of several museums, restaurants, bars and event spaces. This project's mission is to provide visitors with the best offer of cultural, gastronomic and entertainment experiences, with high quality of service in a welcoming environment and with a WOW spirit!

In September 2023, the Fladgate Still & Sparkling Wines, after the purchase of IdealDrinks. This acquisition adds even more experience, knowledge and more than three centuries of heritage in the universe of Still and Sparkling Wines.
