About Us

An International Business Platform

The group MCA was founded in 1998, in Guimarães, Portugal. It was born from the determination of its founder and current Chairman, Manuel Couto Alves, who, over the last 25 years, transformed the company into a international business platform with the current dimension and projection.

Since its genesis, the Group MCA has a strong commitment in terms of corporate responsibility, which guides all its actions, in the search to create positive impact on communities and the world.

Having started in the sector of Construction, the Group diversified its scope of activity to now focus on sectors such as Energy,  Urban DevelopmentThe Infrastructures and Health. It is present in four geographies.
