Join Hays Academy – Future Leaders
If you are a recent graduate, Hays Academy Future Leaders may be the ideal challenge for you.
This is a trainee program, remunerated and with a duration of six months. Here you can develop your skills to become a successful consultant.
After two weeks of classroom training, you will be assigned to one of the nosour recruitment areas (from Life Sciences, IT, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Retail, Banking and much more) and support our nosour Consultants in candidate recruitment processes, in order to meet the expectations of nosyour customers.
By having all the necessary support and tools, the objective as a trainee is that, at the end of the six months, you stay with us as a specialized consultant, and that this is a successful journey.
Na Hays career progression is structured and outlined, always being transparent with you, showing you how far and how you can go, but we remember that we have a 100% meritocratic culture and, thus, all the promotions you achieve throughout your career at Hays will be based on your success.
