What do we do?

HCLTech has been boosting progress in Portugal since 2009. With employees based in our digital global shared services center in Lisbon and across the country, we are a key partner for global companies.

One of our core values ​​globally is commitment to hire locally e promote a diverse work environment. HCLTech Portugal remains true to this vision with a workforce of almost 96% local and 45% women.

What do we look for in candidates?

HCLTech prefers candidates who demonstrate maturidade e sense of responsibility, which have completed secondary education (or equivalent) and that have the applicable skills (critical thinking, problem solving, logical reasoning, etc.) necessary to perform their duties.

And most importantly – that they have will and desire to learn.

Recruitment process

At HCLTech Portugal, we have three phases aimed at assess technical and interpersonal skills.

  2. Selection: If your profile meets the requirements, you will be contacted for more information.
  3. Interview: This interview will assess your technical skills and problem-solving ability and focus on understanding your career goals, strengths and fit with the company.
