What do we do?

Being Alpha in NOS It was the best way to start my career. Joining this trainee program allowed me to start with people who were going through the same thing as me and I quickly made friends, but it also gave me the opportunity to try new things and grow. Since then, I have been part of two projects and have always been accompanied by incredible people who have helped me in my professional growth.

Recruitment process

we search curious people, dedicated, responsible e ambitious, wanting to do what no one else has done.

For Young Talentwe have curricular internships e summer and the NEXT programs e NOS Alfa.

Recruitment is done through online application and the best place to see all the vacancies is at recruitment website NOS. Typically, the process includes a technical interview and another with HR. In some cases, you may have to solve a challenge or business case.
