Event Structure
October 19th and 20th | Traditional Job Fair: Two days dedicated to direct contact through exhibition stands. Companies present their products, practical applications, and organizational culture, allowing students to explore the job market organically.
October 21st | Talent & Networking Day: A day focused on accelerating careers and strengthening relationships, which includes:
Speed Interviews: Quick interviews to efficiently connect candidates with real opportunities.
Employer Branding Talks: Sharing sessions where companies discuss what they are looking for in new talent and how they are positioning themselves in the global market.
Networking Space: An exclusive environment for direct and informal interaction between students and company representatives, ideal for discussing projects and future collaborations.
