O Project “Destination: Employment”, from Associação Salvador, supports people withmotor efficiency in training and integration in the labor market and on the other hand sensitizes companies to integrate into their organizations people who despite their physical limitations are as professional and capable as everyone else.
The time has come to meet the noss candidates, all the work they have been doing and who knows the new collaborator for their team!
despite the success nos last 2 tonos of Recruitment Meetings ONLINE, Lisbon and Porto, this year we will resume the PRESENTIAL format.
Next day May 27 will have the opportunity to meet the candidates from Lisbon, with the support from the Santa Casa da Misericórdia in Lisbon, Deloitte and Santander Foundation.
Each company can:
- Briefly interview several pre-allocated candidates according to the desired profile;

9h30 - Opening session for employers and candidates
10h - Recruitment Meeting - speed recruitment session (opportunity to interview about 10 candidates, 15 minutes each candidate with a pre-validated profile for the role the company wants)
13h00 - Closing ceremony
