O Group MCA was founded in 1998, in Guimarães, Portugal. It was born from the determination of its founder and current Chairman, Manuel Couto Alves, who, over the last 25 years, transformed the company into an international business platform with its current size and projection.

We are a international business platform and we focus on the areas of Energy, Urban Development, Infrastructures e Health. We are present in five geographies and have more than 1200 employees.

Recruitment process

Our recruitment process is designed to be transparent, effective e inclusive. It is divided into three phases:

  • • Interview with the Talent Acquisition team
  • • Interview with the person responsible for the area
  • • Presentation of work/intership proposal
