“A Natixis belongs to the second largest French bank, the BPCE group and it has its headquarters in Paris, but here in Porto we are not the typical bank. We are a technology innovation hub and provide the noss services for the whole group.
What are we looking for?
As an innovation center we are more looking for IT profiles, but we are also looking for people with a background in Finance, Accounting, Management, basically everything a bank needs.
What do we offer?
We have curricular interships, which start in January and last for more thannos until April, for people who are finishing their degree or master's degree. We also have summer interships that run from June to August.
O nosso trainee program – the “Purple Trainee Camp” – starts between August/September and is basically a one-year program where students will have the opportunity to work in a team and understand the areas they like the most. It's a great opportunity. The program welcomes many interns and at the moment we are counting on 250 for this year.
I would say that the biggest advantage of Natixis, is that we are a multicultural company, we have around 38 nationalities, a very young company, people have a lot of follow-up and we have a lot of flexibility. We have the best office in Porto and a great working environment.”
