What are we looking for?
As an innovation center we are more looking for IT profiles, but we are also looking for people with a background in Finance, Accounting, Management, basically everything a bank needs.
What do we offer?
We have curricular interships, which start in January and last until around April, for people who are finishing their bachelor's or master's degrees. We also have summer interships that run from June to August.
Our trainee program – the “Purple Trainee Camp” – starts between August/September and is basically a one-year program where students will have the opportunity to work in a team and understand the areas they like the most. It's a great opportunity. The program welcomes many interns and at the moment we are counting on 250 for this year.
I would say that the biggest advantage of Natixis, is that we are a multicultural company, we have about 38 nationalities, a super young company, people have a lot of support and we have immense flexibility. We have the best office in the Porto and with a great working environment.”
