WE WANT YOU Program
Under the motto WE WANT YOU, Natixis in Portugal launches the fifth edition of its trainee program, which includes, in 2024, around 200 paid intership opportunities at its Center of Excellence in Porto, on a hybrid basis. Applications can be submitted via the dedicated website WE WANT YOU.
O annual trainee recruitment program Natixis is aimed at recent graduates with a background in the areas of Engineering and Information Technology, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, International Relations, Law, among others. In this year's edition, the program continues to serve as the entry point to several areas, such as software development, IT system administration, cybersecurity, risk management in the context of Capital Markets and commercial law in the context of Banking and Finance.
As an integral part of the WE WANT YOU program at Natixis, between September and December this year, the Tech & Banking Skills Accelerator programs, offering around 100 recent graduates a unique experience of growth and learning. This initiative aims to prepare candidates for the most complex projects and challenges in some areas and, at the same time, facilitate their learning curve, before starting their intership.
A Natixis in Portugal It is part of the Global Financial Services division, the international component of Groupe BPCE, developing solutions for its two areas, Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management, and, across the board, for the entities of the group to which it belongs. Therefore, this trainee program is positioned as the main opportunity for anyone who is curious about the investment banking sector and looking for a multicultural and technological banking environment.

The fifth edition of this campaign maintains the essence of previous editions – WE WANT YOUR BRAIN –, adopting a new concept – WE WANT YOU – and a renewed visual identity, focused on the individual, their digital identity and the opportunities that Natixis available to all candidates.
This recruitment program is aimed at recent graduates with knowledge of English, and knowledge of French is also valued, with no professional experience being required in the areas previously identified.
