What's the summer internship like at #company_title?
Novobanco's Summer Internships are an experience of 1 month, designed for university students who want to learn firsthand how a large bank works and develop skills relevant to their future careers.
Throughout the program, interns are challenged to learn by doing, in a real business context, with close mentoring and direct contact with different areas of the organization.
During your internship, you will be able to:
- Integrate into the Bank's core or support teams;
- Actively participate in projects with a real impact on the business;
- Working in a collaborative environment, with the support of a dedicated tutor;
- To learn about different areas and realities within the financial sector;
- Develop technical, digital, and behavioral skills;
- Contact experienced leaders and professionals at NovoBanco.
