Recruitment process
Our recruitment process is customized to the role and seniority level.
We started by doing a curricular and telephone screening. Then, we move on to the assessment phase (cognitive and/or psychomotor) and initial interview, of a technical nature, carried out with the Hiring Manager.
The final shortlist of candidates completes an assessment, which includes a competency interview and simulated exercises.
