What is the recruitment process like for the #company_title trainee program?
1st Phase: Online registration, where you will answer some initial questions and submit your CV. (Important note: if you submit your CV to multiple areas, only the first submission will be validly evaluated and the company will suspend the remaining applications).
2st Phase: Completion of two logic reasoning and pattern identification games, an assessment intended for candidates who were deemed eligible after the first phase.
3st Phase: Video interview, in which you will be asked 5 behavioral and situational questions to assess your profile.
4st Phase: Final interview, which will be scheduled in person or virtually with the Resourcing Partner and the Hiring Manager for the area you are applying for.
