It is a 24-month training program designed for future leaders in food logistics, combining operational knowledge in the field, management of complex projects, and team leadership with supervision from management.
Duration of 2 years (24 months).
Prime Minister Focused on knowledge of business areas (Transportation and Logistics) and integration into delegations.
Second half Focused on managing complex projects and training team leadership.
Support from a dedicated tutor from day one.
Presentation of a final project to the Steering Committee (CODIR) at the end of the program.
Strong progression component towards operational management roles.
In the Graduate Program you can develop your career, from Team Leader even a member of an Executive Committee.
The selection process runs until the summer so that the program can begin in September 2026.

Completed Master's degree in Management, Logistics, Engineering or similar fields;
Fluency in English (knowledge of French is highly valued due to the company's origins);

What is the recruitment process like for the #company_title trainee program?
1st Phase: Online application This involves submitting a CV and undergoing an analysis of your academic/professional profile.
2st Phase: Initial interview with the Human Resources team. to validate motivation and language skills.
3st Phase: Assessment tests and/or group dynamics focused on logistics business cases.
4st Phase: Final interviews with Operations Directors and presentation before members of the Board of Directors.
