What is the trainee program like at #company_title?
The Long-Term Trainee Program of The Navigator Company It was created to develop talent and prepare our professionals for the future.
For 24 months, according to a pre-defined plan, you will be fully integrated into the day-to-day work of our company, having the opportunity to gain practical experience in real projects, with continuous support, mentoring and training.
