“The emergence of the pandemic forced and accelerated a technological adaptation that was already on the way, and job fairs were no exception. Thus, last year AEIST held the 32nd edition of Jobshop, for the first edition in a fully digital format through the Talent Portugal with the Easy Virtual Fair platform. This platform allowed IST students to have contact with the various participating companies in an interactive and easy way, bringing them closer to the job market despite the limitations we all faced.”

"The Forum of Iscte School of Technology and Architecture (FISTA) held its eighth edition nos February 24th and 25th, 2021. This year the event took place completely online and we used the Easy Virtual Fair platform. Feedback from both students and companies was very positive. We even had opinions from students who said that the online format allows them to contact more companies than the traditional face-to-face format. And on the part of the companies, we had companies that participated in their first job fair in online format and that were expecting that there would not be much interaction, but exactly the opposite happened, they were always talking to the students all day long.nos."
