Event Description
A Lean Conference is an event organized by Júnior Empresa Lean de Aveiro (JELA) and this year we celebrate its 10ª edition, nos DAYS TO GO 14 and 15 May.
Since JELA is made up of alunos of Engineering and Industrial Management at the University of Aveiro and, with the main objective of putting the Lean theme into practice, we recognize the importance of bringing together companies and young students from all areas, to debate the usefulness of Lean methodologies, understanding how they are applied and executed in a business context and also check their current status and future development.
Like the others,nos, on the first day, in addition to a set of varied lectures presented by Keynote Speakers, we will also have Lean Talks, which will be a moment of networking. On the second day, we will have a morning dedicated to Workshops and an afternoon of Gemba Walks, visits to the factory floor, with the aim of, through Speakers and Companies, making participants aware of Lean Culture and being able to witness their learning from in a more practical way and in a real context.
