The Graduate Program recruitment process allows you to understand, from the outset, how we work and what defines us. It is structured in three steps: it begins with a resume review and an initial conversation, followed by a technical phase with an online assessment, and concludes with an interview with project teams. This program is the start of a development journey in a culture that fosters collaboration, growth, and learning.

What is the work environment and internal culture like at #company_title?

Integrate into the graduate program of Axians This experience marked a very positive start to my professional journey. From the recruitment process onwards, I always felt clarity, support, and a very approachable attitude from everyone. Upon joining my team, I found a collaborative environment that allowed me to learn quickly and develop essential skills for my role as a Business Analyst. I also had the opportunity to participate in the Young Talent Training, an integration and training session where we deepened our understanding of the company's values ​​and strengthened skills useful for our daily work.
