In 1961, Rui Nabeiro started his business in a small warehouse in Campo Maior, roasting 30 kg of coffee a day, thus creating the most well-known coffee brand of the Portuguese, Delta Cafés. 20 years later, the largest roasting plant in the Iberian Peninsula was opened and over the following decades, with the sustained growth of the business, the various companies that today make up the Nabeiro Group emerged. Despite its origins in a small village in the interior of Portugal, the Nabeiro Group currently has an international expansion that tends to grow every year. With eight direct operations - Portugal, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Brazil, Angola and China - and indirect presence through partnerships established with local distributors in forty-eight countries, Grupo Nabeiro takes the lead in the coffee market in Portugal, Mozambique and Angola. With more than 270 products and 30 brands, it has an energetic, innovative, future-oriented brand portfolio.
