About Us

IKEA arrived in Portugal in 2004.

Today there are five stores - Alfragide, Loures, Loulé, Matosinhos and Braga - thirteen Planning Studios spread across the country and an online sales platform.

We also have our Customer Support Center, which provides assistance to our customers throughout the country, by telephone, on our website and social media.

Every year we receive around 14 million visits to our stores and 30 million on IKEA.pt.

In total, we are more than 2.500 employees, working every day inspired by the vision of creating a better everyday life for the majority of people, by sharing our humanistic values.

These values ​​are the basis of our work and build our inclusive and informal culture, with a spirit of unity and enthusiasm.
