In the month of October, the Prime Group will kick off the first edition of its innovative college ambassador program, Bold Beginners – College Ambassadors.
The central objective of this program is to establish a crucial link between future professionals and the current corporate world, thus paving the way for the next generation of leaders and innovators.

Through this program, selected students will have the opportunity to gain a unique perspective on the job market, with a special focus on the Information Technology and Engineering sectors. These young ambassadors will be exposed to the job market and have access to career opportunities. networking unparalleled, interacting with professionals from different backgrounds and career paths within the 12 companies that make up the Prime Group.
This program is aimed at 2nd and 3rd year undergraduate students, as well as 1st year master's students in the areas of Management, Business and Engineering. For this initiative, the Prime Group joined forces with some of the main educational institutions in Portugal, including ISCTE – Business School, NOVA SBE, FEUP, FEP, Católica Lisbon SBE and ISEG.
In addition, the program offers several benefits to participants, including personalized career coaching and mentoring sessions. To further highlight the commitment and dedication of the ambassadors, an international trip will be offered to one of the ambassadors' offices.
