“We are the SOMINCOR, we belong to a group based in Canada. O nosThe main objective is to extract ore responsibly and, therefore, we have 4 values that nos guide our day-to-day activities: integrity, excellence, respect and safety.
Security is undoubtedly the one that most nos guide, because if we exploit the ore and have the noss activity without security, we were unable to carry out the nosyour goals.
In Portugal, we are in Castro Verde (Beja), and we have the exploration area of noss activity that goes from the moment of prospecting to the moment of sale of the ore. It is then transported to the port of Setúbal where it is sold to the foreign market.
What we are looking for SOMINCOR?
We are essentially looking for profiles in the field of Engineering: Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering and Chemical Engineering (because we also have laboratories that support the nosthose activities).
But also everything that is transversal, from Economics, Accounting and Psychology. Everything that is transversally supporting the nosYour business area is very important.
The skills we are looking for the most are skills at a technical level, because in order to extract ore and handle all the ore, it is necessary to have a great deal of knowledge. In addition, we bet on young people with high talent and potential for nos help you grow day by day.
