What do we offer to candidates?
At the end of my first year of my Master's in Marketing, I was motivated to put into practice what I had learned during the last 4 years of college. I was looking for my first experience in a dynamic company that would help me grow, and I was lucky to find this and much more in the CCEP Graduates program!
I joined the Commercial Development team as a graduate, where I was welcomed with open arms. From the beginning, I felt a great willingness from everyone to help me with whatever I needed and to make me feel included. Furthermore, one of the great The strengths of this program are mentor support, which in my case was Alexandre, who is responsible for the Commercial Development area. In a first experience in the business world, it is an excellent opportunity to be accompanied by experienced professionals, not only in the company, but in the sector, who help us build strategic business thinking.
Throughout the six months of the program, my main role was to monitor the results of the innovations launched by the various brands we work with. A very gratifying aspect was realizing that my work brought value to the business and was valued. In my role, I was able to learn about the various sales channels, our brands, and get to know the work of the various teams, from the Trade Marketing, Portfolio Development and SIR&RGM teams, to the Sales and Field teams. In just six months, this role allowed me to build a 360 view of the business. These were challenging months, which helped me get out of my comfort zone and grow on a technical, personal and professional level. Therefore, I finished the program with the certainty that it had been the sure bet for me.
At the end of the intership I had the opportunity to embrace a new challenge in the Commercial Development team as a Business Insights Analyst. I was very happy to be able to continue this journey and to be able to continue to grow with CCEP.
If I could give one piece of advice to Graduates in future editions, it would be to make the most of this opportunity, be curious and not afraid to ask questions!
