What do we look for in candidates?

Recruitment process
Our ongoing recruitment process consists of 3 easy steps: an online assessment and two interviews. The first interview is with our recruiter, the second is with the department/project manager.
We also have internal programs to support employee development: Trainee Academy and our internal mobility program called JUMP.
