If you have finished your master's degree, you want to be challenged and develop skills in various areas, Trainee Program Grupo Brisa it's for you. This program was created to develop and accelerate the growth of young professional talent in areas critical to the Grupo Brisa.
Profile of Candidates
Requirements: Completed Master's degree and up to 2 years of professional experience
Training Areas: Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering
Duration: 18 months
Challenges for our trainees
Innovation management, lean management & continuous improvement, research and business analysis, strategic marketing, civil engineering, business development, audit management, financial management, business controlling, functional analysis, IT development.
Program Structure
1. Reception and Integration: General knowledge and adaptation to organizational structure during the first 6 months.
2. Project Development: Initial participation in projects in the respective area of activity and business knowledge.
3. Consolidation of skills: Development of skills through experiences in transversal projects and participation in training programs. Possibility of rotation in other areas.
Long-Term Internships
In order to develop technical and management skills, the Grupo Brisa makes available interships from 6 to 12 months for recent graduates with academic qualifications at Higher Education level, providing a first long-term professional experience. Do you want to know how it all works?
Short-Term Internships
Summer interships last for 1 to 3 months and they are the right option if you are still in college and looking for professional experience during the summer.
If, on the other hand, you need to have professional experience in order to complete a curricular unit or obtain an academic degree, the Grupo Brisa provides the opportunity to students to develop their curriculum intership in one of its business areas.
